Teaching about fourteen root commitments of Tanta are an excerpt from the cycle of luctures on Shantideva's Bodhicharyavatara (tracs 35, 36, 37 and 38). Khenpo Tsangyang Nyima is a senior lecturer of the famous University of Five Sciences (Larung Gar) in Serta, Eastern Tibet. The teaching was transmitted in Tibetan language and interpreted into English and Polish.
